High Class DIY Hog Roast 



This menu consists of us cooking a Free Range Hog, on site at our Butchers shop. We will then slice the pork straight from the Hog and place the cooked pork into chaffing dishes (Similar to a Bain Marie). Enough meat will be provided in accordance with the number of guests.
A little stock is added to the pork so that it remains nice and moist.


The chaffing dishes can then be collected from our store. (or they can be delivered at an additional cost). We will show you how to light the fuels which will reheat the pork & keep the pork hot for up to 2 hours.

We will also supply fresh white and brown bread rolls, Apple Sauce and sage & onion Stuffing.


The idea is that your guests are able to make their own hog roast sandwiches, in a self-serve 'fashion'.

This is a tasty alternative to a whole hog roast, ideal for those who have a smaller budget or a smaller number of guests.

Homemade Hot Pot

Your choice of meat roasted with a blend of Potatoes, Carrots and Onions.

This is served with:

Pickled Beetroot, Red Cabbage, Fresh White and Brown Buns from our Local Bakery.

Angus Diced Beef Hot Pot - £5.00 Per Person

English Diced Lamb Hot Pot - £5.50 Per Person

Traditional Lancashire Corned Beef Hot Pot - £3.50 Per Person

Traditional Scouse Minced Beef Hot Pot - £4.50 Per Person

 

 
Homemade Bombay Curry / Red Thai Curry

Your choice of meat slow roasted in an aromatic, medium strength, Bombay Curry Sauce or a fragrant red thai sauce.

This is served with your choice of either:

Roasted Seasoned New Potatoes OR Boiled White Rice

Diced Chicken Curry - £5.50 Per Person

Diced Lamb Curry - £6.50 Per Person

Diced Beef Curry - £6.00 Per Person

 

Chilli Con Carne


 Your choice of either Minced or Slow cooked Diced Beef cooked in a Homemade Secret Recipe chilli sauce.

This is served with your choice of either:

Roasted Seasoned New Potatoes OR Boiled White Rice.

Beef Mince Chilli - £5.50 Per Person

Diced Beef Chilli - £6.50 Per Person




Homemade Lasagne


Seasoned minced beef cooked in garlic, onions, basil and oregano. Smothered in lashings of our own ragu sauce, pasta sheets and topped with our homemade creamy cheese sauce.


Minced Beef Lasagne - £5.50 per person

£100 (Sunday & Bank Holidays)

 All menus & each item(s) are subject to a minimum booking of 30 Guests.


The price includes disposable plates, cutlery and Napkins ONLY.

You will need to provide an adequate serving table & table cloth etc.


A £100 deposit is required to secure your chosen date.


In addition, a £50 Loss & Damages deposit must be placed and this is fully refundable on the return of our equipment.


All Buffets must be collected from our Cambridge Road store during our opening hours. 

We may be able to deliver to your venue. This would be an additional cost & is strictly subject to availability.
